The following terms and conditions apply to any participant in Inspirited & Self Directed Healing Practitioner Training, Inspirited workshops, Inspirited live events.

 

 

Attendee Conduct

Inspirited Solutions requires all Attendees to be professional and respectful to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees throughout the training event, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Inspirited Solutions reserves the right to ask the Attendee and/or their guests to leave the conference room and Training/Webinar immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Training will NOT be refunded.

By participating in the Training you give consent to take part in Self Directed Healing demonstrations
 

Live Events 

The statements on any of our emails, web pages, or marketing materials promoting our live events and webinars have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The techniques mentioned in The Self Directed Healing Practitioner Training Masterclass or on any such promotional materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. Nothing on the Inspirited website is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or medical conditions. If you have a physical or medical condition, you should seek the advice of your medical professional immediately.

By your participation in training events or webinars, you agree not to attempt to hold Inspirited Solutions, its owners, officers, employees, interns, contractors, affiliates, and sponsors liable for any decisions, behaviors, actions, or results that you make or experience in your business or in your personal life due to your participation in this Training event or Webinar at any time, under any circumstance.

 

 

Certification Tuition Disclaimer

The Self Directed Healing Practitioner Training tuition fees are non- refundable.
Payment of the tuition fee does not guarantee you will be certified, as Inspirited Solutions reserves the right to certify or to refuse certification to any applicant for any reason.

 

 

Confidentiality and Non-Compete

Attendee hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the Training/Webinar may by Australian copywriter laws, are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to Inspirited Solutions and the Attendee agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the Training/ Webinar materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of Inspirited Solutions. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Inspirited

Solutions will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated, in order to protect its rights.

 

Audio/Visual Rules and Release

Attendees may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Training/ Webinar. No recording devices, photography or videography equipment are allowed in the Training room. By participating in the Training/Webinar,

 

Cancellation Notice

No refunds on ticket purchases will be given. However, if there is an extreme case preventing the Attendee from attending, the ticket price will be extended as credit that can be used for a future Inspirited Solutions event. These exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Customer Success Manager. Please note that we have no refund policy with the below exception. If Inspirited is unable to facilitate the 3-day sessions on the agreed dates.

 

Training dates

If the training was supposed to be in person cannot go ahead due to Covid Restrictions the training will be done online, no refunds will be available. A participant may be moved to a future training date if a medical certificate can be provided by the participant prior to the course date or immediately after the course dates then Inspirited will enable them to transfer their purchase to a future course date. If no medical certificate is provided within 2 days of the course being completed and the customer does not show up to the training, then their spot will be forfeited altogether. If the training cannot go ahead due to Covid Restrictions the training will be done online. Inspirited Solutions reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any notice or liability to the Attendees whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be deemed acceptable and updated.

Completing Practice sessions

Participants must attend the full 3 days of training; they are required to complete 10 practice sessions within a minimum of three months after training is completed. The practice sessions must meet all criteria set out by Inspirited Solutions.

Earning and Income statements made by Inspirited Solutions and its customers are estimates of what Inspirited Solutions thinks you can possibly earn if you become a certified practitioner. There is no guarantee that you will make these levels of income and you accept the risk that the earnings and income statements differ by individual. As with any business, if you choose to become a certified practitioner, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, level of desire, and market conditions. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience as a certified practitioner. All session results need to be submitted on the practitioner portal https://selfdirectedhealing.com.au/practitioner-portal or emailed to practice@inspirited.com.au.

Session results must be sent through as they are completed, not all at once so that guidance can be given on progress as its made. 

Once these have been received they will be reviewed to ensure you are achieving the standard results (if not further guidance will be offered to you.)

Once completed and passed you will then receive certification and can begin practicing professionally.
